The meticulously maintained gardens are vast, covering over 4 hectares. The villa has its own private pool (12m x 5m). The villa itself is charming and comes with air conditioning, satellite TV private parking and 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6 very comfortably). The villa is located on the outskirts of the Medievel town of Pezenas.
