Located in the wooded garden of our house with stunning views of the canal bridge, Jasmin district. 
Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Beautiful apartment in a mansion.

For a stopover, a break, make yourself comfortable in this unique and tranquil place. Consisting of a bedroom with office and sitting area, a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. Private toilet and shower room. Possibility of access to the pool in summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability. (bread, 1 pastry per person, a hot drink, a fruit juice, homemade jam) €9 per person.

Nérac: accommodation close to the historic center

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

The small country house

House located 10 km from Agen, 1.2 km from the village of Sérignac-sur-Garonne, offering all services (pharmacy, doctor, restaurant, etc.) and shops (supermarket, bakery, press). Very close to the greenway that runs along the canal of the two seas, ideal for bike lovers (bike rental on site €2/day/person). The amusement parks, Walligator and Aqualand, are 9 km away. Many walks and historical sites are to be discovered within 30 km.

Large studio with terrace overlooking the river

Studio of 32 m2 with large terrace, it is located within the beautiful village of Vianne, quiet and close to shops. Free parking is available in front of the studio (1 min walk). From the bedroom you will have a view of the Baïse River and the barges, and from the terrace a view of the garden. Access to the studio is through a door at the back of our garden (key safe). Sheets, bath towels and linen provided 🙂 greenway nearby.

The "COCON DE SAB"

Small studio in the heart of the quiet Hauts de Garonne subdivision; parking to park in peace, to walk to its private entrance through the park. A key safe awaits you to open this small refurbished studio offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Ideal for 1-2 people. Linens and towels are provided. Available: coffee, tea, herbal tea, powdered chocolate, milk. Small treats are provided for your welcome.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.

Stop by our renovated dovecote, ideal for a night or a short stay. A stone's throw from the Garonne, enjoy a cozy space with a living room, bedroom and sheltered terrace.
