Franie's spot was perfect for me. I needed to come up to Oxnard from Studio City to study for a couple of days before a professional test. The big desk was the deal maker. Nice comfy house with a fab backyard and friendly cat!

I stayed at Tanya’s place for about 2 months for one of my clinical rotations for school, and it was great! She always made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel so welcome and at home, and that was great especially since I had moved to Ventura alone. Tanya is incredibly kind and I would recommend anyone to stay at her place. Her place is clean and neat, all amenities were as listed, and the area was super nice. She really helped make my first time living alone and away from home such a great one! Thank you, Tanya!

They were very responsive and gave great recommendations for the area after finding out more about what I like. It was clean and quiet. It was perfect for my work trip. I would absolutely book this place again next time I'm in town.

Had a great stay. The yard was perfect for my dog. We didn't really hear anyone or see anyone. Felt private.
