On the first floor, 2 bedrooms, one with a 150x200 bed and another with an 80x200 sofa bed convertible into a 160x200 bed. It accommodates up to 6 guests. Centrally located, 200 meters from schools and a medical center and 50 meters from Plaza Mayor and supermarkets. Newly renovated with everything new, pellet hydro-stove heating.
