Rental of an independent studio for one or two people in private property. Quiet and wooded location on the edge of scrubland, at the end of the village of Montarnaud (1 km from the center) with all amenities, northwest of Montpellier (15 km), between sea and river. Close to A75 highway exit. The studio is 35 m2 with bedroom, kitchen dining area, bathroom and separate toilet. It has a terrace with furniture, a garden and a closed parking lot with independent entrance.

Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier is 5 minutes away by car, shops, tram stops and highway access are 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

The Little Wooden House

Between sea and mountain at the foot of the Cévennes, 30 km from the sea (Palavas-les-Flots) and 25 km from St-Guilhem-le-Désert (famous village) This pretty luxury studio of 27 m² for 2 people designed by an architect specializing in timber frame construction and built by Les Compagnons du Devoir, offers you maximum comfort: DPE rating: A (i.e. maximum insulation) Bioclimatic covered terrace overlooking a private garden of 50 m², not overlooked and very green.

In charming Provencal house overlooking the Garrigue, rent independent accommodation, adjoining the pool and garden. Sunbeds and relax are at your disposal. Covered outdoor kitchen with mini oven, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and barbecue. Two bedrooms, one with a king size and small lounge, and the other a 140 bed Bathroom with shower and toilet. Children must know how to swim and under the supervision of parents.

Studio Cosy and attached to our main residence with self check-in possible. It is located in Montarnaud and offers many discoveries: St Guilhem the desert, Clamouse cave, Salagou Lake, Aresquiers beach at 40' and the beautiful city of Montpellier. The air-conditioned studio can accommodate 2 adults-1 child or 3 adults on a short term. Bed made on arrival, towels provided, private terrace with barbecue. Shops nearby. Wifi available.

Beautiful independent studio, quiet in large property, with south-facing terrace. Ideally located near Montpellier and the beaches. 1 person maximum Cleaning fee 20 euros (if the tenant does not wish to do the departure cleaning) Bed linen and towel package (30 euros per stay) if not, provide a fitted sheet of 140 cm, a pillowcase, a flat sheet, duvet or comforter and a bath towel. No outsiders and pets allowed.

You will also have an outdoor area and parking for your vehicle. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our accommodation but has a separate entrance.
