At the foot of Pic St Loup, in the medieval village of Matelles, 38 m2 outbuilding of an architect's house, benefiting from access to shared spaces: swimming pool, lodge and garden. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, ideally located between sea and scrubland. Close to Montpellier (15 min) and with shops in the village, you can escape by discovering the hiking trails and the neighboring Pic St Loup wine estates, close to a golf course and cinemas.

The Mas de l'Arboras

A former priory, the farmhouse has been recently renovated and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to relax, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in Sussargues in Hérault, in the heart of the vineyards and the Garrigues, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beach, in a small village with all amenities, this studio will make you travel thanks to its decoration. The studio is attached to our house where we live with our 2 children. Pleasant pool, treated with salt, out of sight. Garden and large terrace.
