Ce chalet moderne et confortable est idéal pour être au calme tout en restant proche de la ville. Au RDC, un séjour avec cuisine équipée, une chambre cosy avec un lit double+une salle d'eau + toilette. Mezzanine: possibilité de 2 couchages supp. Petit extérieur avec table et chaises. Le chalet se trouve sur notre terrain, à côté de notre maison (en fin d'aménagement extérieur). Ce chalet autonome en eau et électricité se situe sur un grand terrain de 1600 m2 arboré proche d'une ancienne et magnifique carrière. Il est constitué d'un salon très ajouré, avec un poêle, un canapé d'angle et un fauteuil tous deux convertibles, une cuisine équipée, une chambre et une salle de bain. Vous disposez d'un barbecue, d' une table de ping-pong, de deux hamacs, de deux transats, de trois tables avec la possibilité de planter des tentes. Poules, chats et chien sont en liberté.
