A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.

Between Lake Bourget and Mont Revard, in a quiet environment, you can enjoy recent and very comfortable accommodation, consisting of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. You are 20 minutes from the Revard station, a family alpine ski resort and the largest French cross-country ski area (140 km of slopes). You are also 20 minutes from Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France), and Aix les Bains, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Annecy.

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. Pleasant 40 m² living room, on the ground floor with south-facing terrace and mountain views. You are 15 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and 30 minutes from Annecy. 8 minutes by car, you have shops and restaurants in Grésy-sur-Aix. Available, a fully equipped kitchen area, a Senseo coffee maker with soft pods, and a kettle. Linens and towels are included. Ideal for a couple.

Grocery store

Stay in the countryside in a private, unpretentious 50 m2 garden level. Ideal for nature-loving athletes. The owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located close to Lake Bourget. Here there is no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games. Our cottage DOES NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Rent a 3-seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation. Introduction to caving (for a fee). No electric charging.
