A place in the countryside, just beautiful!! Everything is great! The studio is cozy, very well arranged with an incredible view! The wellness area is just great!!! Relaxation and rest guaranteed!! WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

We spent a wonderful week at the Courtin’s place in Seynod. The house is immaculate, very well equipped and has a fantastic garden - perfect for enjoying late evening barbecues. The kids loved the heated pool complete with inflatable flamingo! A great place to explore Annecy from in a very peaceful neighbourhood. It’s worth taking advantage of the free bus into town/ getting there early in peak summer as traffic and parking around the lake can be challenging.

The villa is really in line with the description and it is very well equipped with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. We spent a week there with a magnificent and deep view. The garden is relatively large, the table under the veranda is a plus for meals with family or friends in front of the spectacle of nature. The living room is large with huge bay windows For runners, trailers, hikers, it's right at the foot of the house. Without hesitation, a resort to recommend. Thank you to Joel & Séverine for their hospitality and responsiveness.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay. The house looks just like the photos and is located in a quiet and relaxing environment. The lake view is beautiful. The host is very responsive, which greatly facilitates my communication. I would recommend it 100%.

Unforgettable living room! The chalet is at the end of a road, with a splendid view of the mountains, very comfortable and pleasant with its wood stove, nicely decorated, it feels instantly good and after a few days the appeasement that this place brings is very powerful! Beautiful walks from the shawl (including snowshoes, even if it took 400m to put them on after a big redwood). The proximity to Saint-Jean de Maurienne 15 minutes away is super convenient, and well worth the murmur of the valley. We have got back from a wonderful week at Bruno's chalet, one of the best we have stayed in. Location is wonderful - 2 min drive to the Fenicular (for access to slopes) and 5 mins walk into the town - which has some lovely shops and bars. The chalet is very clean and well furnished, the views from the lounge/kitchen and patio at the back are amazing. The kitchen has everything you need, the large table is lovely for a family sit down and all the beds are extremely comfortable. Bruno and Christine were very responsive to questions we had when we got to the town and Julie, their host, met us as we parked up and showed us around. We were 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of space for us all. The bottle of champagne that was there on arrival was a lovely touch that we enjoyed after a long journey from the UK. We highly recommend this chalet and cannot wait to return.

The guidelines are clear and advice on restaurants and various visits were welcome. the host is very responsive and the mazot was very clean as well as the jaccuzi which was very appreciated. Clean accommodation, very well arranged and equipped in a beautiful green setting. Joffrey is very responsive and available to his guests, it's very nice.

A beautiful house, with an even more beautiful view. Exactly as in the picture. Fine beds, a lovely shower and all amenities were there. The children could sleep well with all the blackout options. Antoine always responded very quickly and made us feel like no question was too crazy. All the toys that were present made it a party for the children, especially do not bring too much yourself. Antoine even lent us a few sledges that we had a lot of fun all week with! There were 2 little things that are good to consider with little kids: The end of the garden has no deposit and runs down a slope. We were able to explain it to our 1.5 year old. The ball was quickly lost, but could be picked up again:). There is nothing to walk from the house because of its location against the mountain. That gives an amazing view, but you do everything by car. Good to keep in mind if you come with 1 car. Thanks Antoine!

Very good stay in this house located on the road to Annecy, very close to a bike rental, near the lake. Recommended:)

We had a great time with the family (13 people), in this beautiful cottage, pleasant to live in even many. The bedding is comfortable. Only small problem is the frequency of shuttles especially during return times, with expectations that can reach an hour.
