Must be at least 25 yrs old to book. *This is a quiet space as we live in the apartment below. Absolutely NO parties and a MAX of 2 people in the room at any time. This all wood, 3rd floor studio is right in the center of town. Tons of restaurants, bars, theaters, and super easy NYC transit (Train and Bus) are all just a few min walk away. Ruth's place was amazing! I really felt at home there. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, providing all the necessary instructions and plenty of great recommendations. I truly appreciated that she invited me to join her plans with her friends and family, which made me feel very comfortable. Another great aspect was how easy it was to travel to New York using public transportation. Thank you so much, Ruth, for everything! I highly recommend this place. It was comfortable, and I loved being able to prepare my own meals using Ruth's kitchen, which had all the essentials. I’ll definitely be coming back to Ruth's place!

Great place! Hosts were super nice. Took was great and bed very comfortable. Their was a ramp going in and out if the house which most places don’t have and I found very helpful. Not far from bus stop which was also convenient. Would stay again if in the area.
