Station de St-Jean Montclar à 3km , parapente sur place, plages du lac de Serre Ponçon à 5km. A l’intérieur, vous y trouverez tout le confort moderne (télévision, cuisine équipée, lave linge ) ; un grand lit en 160x200 et 2 lits 1 place. A l'extérieur et entourant le jardin: les murs de fortification au Nord et à l'Est, la vue sur le lac à l'Ouest (coucher de soleil !).

Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Le logement peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes, avec une vue sur Dormillouse depuis le salon et Chabanon depuis la chambre. Pas d’accès au garage au Rez-de-chaussée. You will be on first floor with balcony facing south, a window with a Dormillouse mountain and ski slopes view. It includes private ski box in the entrance. Cozy and convinient, the accomodation is ideal for sporty families. Kitchen is fully equipement News beddings have been chosen for daily use. Possibility of parking at the foot of the residence (non-private parking).
