The beautiful Dordogne valley is a treasure trove of amazing sights, historic castles and caves. You’ll love it.

You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. This accommodation is located in a wooden house with independent entrance, built in a modern style. This is a unique opportunity to spend time in a real Finnish house. The house is located in a quiet and wooded area, 3 minutes by car from the village center, dating back to the 13th century and ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. It is possible to book breakfast or dinner with the hostess (professional chef).

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
