Holiday rentals with beach access in Monte Carlo

Amazing place to stay for the Monaco F1 especially if you want to be outside the track. The view is amazing. The walk up and down the steps is a great way to experience Monaco.

Our trip was lovely! The apartment was very clean, in a great location with a beautiful view of Cap d’Ail and the Mediterranean, and the amenities all worked perfectly. Simona was a gracious and responsive host. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Nico’s place was in a prefect location. Close to everything- beach, Old Town, restaurants and shopping. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you need a place in Nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! We were particularly enthusiastic about the large balcony with a fantastic view of the sea - simply wonderful to start the day or to relax in the evening. The house was excellently equipped: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board – it really lacked nothing. Everything was very clean, well organized and furnished with a lot of love. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The stay was great! The place is nice, very new. Its walkable to Monaco we did it several times. Host was nice, responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely book again.

We have returned to Corinne, who is very hospitable, for the third time. Her apartment is a real pearl in the heart of Cap d’Ail. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and everything else, intact. We love running by the sea, so every morning we use the path that connects Plage des Pissarelles and Monaco. If you love the view of the sea and nature, you will definitely choose her apartment. I would recommend it to everyone. Corinne you rock 😊

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Very spacious apartment with large outdoor patio that has a fabulous view over Old Town & the Mediterranean. Communication was prompt & very efficient. We arrived early & were able to leave our bags while they cleaned after their last guests. We were able to settle in a couple of hours before the regular check in time which was very much appreciated. The property manager, Jameson, is from our home city & was pleasant & helpful. A very good experience, we’d stay there again & highly recommend it!
