Villa holiday rentals in Monte Carlo

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

We had a great time in this pleasant home in all respects as described and ideally located for discovering the charming surrounding villages. I recommend it.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We felt right at home. Elodie and her family were really friendly and helpful. The home was beautiful, everything well thought of and comfortable. The view from the pool area is stunning. There's quite a hill to get to the town centre but it is walkable and very scenic.

We had a great time up in the hills of Eze! It is a beautiful house in a little gated community, feels really safe and is close to Nice and Monaco. Great feature: a Paddel/Tennis Club just across the street with nice staff and superb views - we had two great sessions there 🎾 Thank you Laurence for your list of ideas and tips on where to go and eat and beach, we spent a beautiful week at your house!

We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

An unforgettable stay at Villa Zarafa We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Zarafa in Nice, and it exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of 8, and every single one of us was truly impressed. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views over Nice. The facilities are top-notch — everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. Lauryane and Stephen were fantastic hosts. We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We had a great time at Bergerie St Andrieux. Each week for 4 weeks one of our children came to stay (along with their families). Each of them said how much they enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect for 2 families as the sleeping areas are completely separate (even 2 sets of stairs) so we weren't disturbed by children! The outside eating area was ideal - we ate all our meals there, including barbecue's and a couple of great wood-fired pizza evenings. The pool was excellent - it was separate from the house and secure so we didn't need to worry about the children and was large enough and deep enough to have a proper swim. The views from the house are stunning. It is difficult to take walks directly from the house but mostly a short drive will take you to the start of a good walk. And, Fatima was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the minor issues we encountered.

One of the most beautiful houses we've stayed in. Perfectly appointed, amazing attention to detail, gorgeous pool. Richard met us and talked us through everything, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The grounds are magical and the house roomy while cosy. We had a great time and will be back!

Stunning place! Way up high in the hills, so quiet and peaceful. The view is incredible, you could stare at it all day. The place inside is huge, spacious, clean, and beautiful. Very well-equipped for cooking and entertaining too. There are so many cute corners to sit, chat, snack, drink, it’s awesome. Also a nice gym with a variety of equipment, even a boxing bag! Of course, to be this peaceful and quiet you have to drive or uber way up in the hills. It’s only about ten minutes from town but not an easy walk. Overall loved the place and would definitely recommend!

Stephane is a fantastic person & and host, extremely kind and generous nothing was ever a problem we felt like we were on holiday with a friend, this was our second time coming back and we had an amazing week, highly recommend booking with Stephane you will not be disappointed!

The view here is simply breathtaking! We could sit here for hours and enjoy the beauty of nature. Julie was a wonderful host and very flexible, although we were late due to a delay with the rental car at the airport. The pool is perfectly tempered and also pleasant to use in May, when it is not yet so warm outside. The kitchen is well appointed and offers everything you need to cook. The grill and outdoor kitchen are perfect for a nice barbecue evening. We will be happy to come back! :)
