Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

A nice place, quietly located at the end of a street. Check-in and communication with Adolfo was very good and with quick response time. Beautiful beaches both north and south. Great place for lazy days on the beach, and not too far from larger cities such as Torrevieja and Alicante. Feel free to go there again

We spent an unforgettable family weekend, thank you Marga for offering your little house. It has everything you could possibly need and more, all the details, super clean. We feel at home, the beds are very comfortable, even the pouf. The kitchen has everything, everything is new and impeccable, Marga was very kind and approachable, showing us all the details of the house. The pool was a pleasure, the parking area... It has many little things for the little ones who had a great time. My family and I are very grateful to you, Marga. We loved your house.

We spent some very relaxing and comfortable days in the casita. Everything was impeccable, the house is beautiful and there was no lack of a detail. Mery and her husband of 10, we had a problem with the hob and were pending until they were able to fix it that same day. Definitely exceptional hosts! We'll be back for sure!!!

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Albufereta is a lovely peaceful resort, amazing beach and great Tram service for travelling to other areas. 2 huge supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes. Juan's apartment is fantastic with a huge balcony (very safe as enclosed by windows which you can open) looking directly onto the beach and sea. The apartment block, swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are immaculate and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and more. We were often the only people in the pool. It was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. Juan was great at communicating and was very flexible. Thanks Juan for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

Lily is the perfect host - she responds quickly, courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is ideally located: literally in front of the beach, fifteen minutes from downtown Alicante, with restaurants and supermarket a few meters away and with road connections to multiple villages and places of interest. We have been in this apartment six years ago, three we rented another in Playa del Postiguet but now we have returned to Urbarelax for all the attributes mentioned. Lily knows how to interact with her guests in a warm way and with a high sense of responsibility and understanding. Our Urbarelax experience is still fantastic.

We’ve stayed at countless of airbnb’s and this is one of our favorites so far. My partner and I really recommend staying here. It feels like home, it’s convenient- close to grocery stores and beaches, and it’s calm and clean. The two stories and balcony also make it feel very spacious. Five starts!

Absolutely fantastic location with beautiful views from the balcony. Large apartment with lots of space and all of the extras from our host were a lovely touch.

I enjoyed spending almost 5 weeks here for a combination of work and vacation. Philip and Ilze are incredibly friendly, respond quickly, and have a lot of knowledge of the area, so they are packed with tips! Because the weather was so nice, I didn't use the sauna:) but the pool was lovely. Recommended if you are looking for peace and beautiful nature!

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always pending if we had any questions.

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

We spent a fantastic few days with a group of friends. The house has everything, a full kitchen, ceiling fans in all the rooms, which are very nice for this heat, spacious rooms with good mattresses... Honestly, everything was perfect. Karen was very kind to us both on arrival and on the last day. Thank you

very nice stay, when we asked for something, we always got immediate response. The children's chair was missing at first but the host solved this. the next day we had a baby chair. We've enjoyed our stay!
