Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Monte Faro, Gran Alacant

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Ha sido una estadía estupenda, el apartamento era súper cómodo y fácil de encontrar, súper tranquilo y a muy pocos metros del mar. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Incluso Adolfo ha sido siempre muy amable y ha respondido rápidamente todo, nos lo hemos disfrutado en familia este fin de semana gracias!!!!

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia inolvidable, gracias Marga por ofrecer tu casita. Tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar y más, todos los detalles, súper limpia. Nos sentimos como en casa, las camas comodísimas, incluso el puf. La cocina tiene de todo, todo nuevo impecable, Marga sido muy amable y cercana enseñándonos todos los detalles de la casa. La piscina ha sido un placer, la zona de aparcamiento… Tiene muchas cositas para los más peques que lo pasaron en grande. Mi familia y yo te estamos muy agradecidas, Marga. Nos encantó tu casa.

Pasamos unos días muy tranquilos y a gusto en la casita. Estaba todo impecable, la casa es preciosa y no le faltaba un detalle. Mery y su marido de 10, tuvimos un problema con la vitrocerámica y estuvieron pendientes hasta que lo pudieron solucionar ese mismo día. Sin duda unos anfitriones excepcionales! Repetiremos seguro!!!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Albufereta is a lovely peaceful resort, amazing beach and great Tram service for travelling to other areas. 2 huge supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes. Juan's apartment is fantastic with a huge balcony (very safe as enclosed by windows which you can open) looking directly onto the beach and sea. The apartment block, swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are immaculate and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and more. We were often the only people in the pool. It was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. Juan was great at communicating and was very flexible. Thanks Juan for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Excellent Host! Adrienn was amazingly helpful, kind and super responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

Lily es la anfitriona perfecta: responde con rapidez, es cortés y sumamente amable y servicial. El apartamento está ubicado en forma ideal: literalmente frente a la playa, a quince minutos del centro de Alicante, con restaurantes y supermercado a pocos metros y con conexiones carreteras hacia múltiples pueblos y lugares de interés. Hemos estado en este apartamento hace seis años, hace tres alquilamos otro en Playa del Postiguet pero ahora hemos vuelto a Urbarelax por todos los atributos mencionados. Lily sabe relacionarse con sus huéspedes en forma cálida y con elevado sentido de la responsabilidad y comprensión. Nuestra experiencia en Urbarelax sigue siendo fantástica.

We’ve stayed at countless of airbnb’s and this is one of our favorites so far. My partner and I really recommend staying here. It feels like home, it’s convenient- close to grocery stores and beaches, and it’s calm and clean. The two stories and balcony also make it feel very spacious. Five starts!

Hower the apr is not renovate, it is completely furnished and Tony’ s assintance was great. The apt is clean.

Ik heb hier met veel plezier bijna vijf weken doorgebracht voor een combinatie van werk en vakantie. Philip en Ilze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, reageren snel, en hebben veel kennis van de omgeving, waardoor ze boordevol tips zitten! Omdat het weer zo mooi was, heb ik de sauna niet gebruikt :) maar het zwembad was heerlijk. Aanrader als je op zoek bent naar rust en mooie natuur!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa ! La villa est très propre et confortable. Il y a plein de choses à disposition. La piscine est très belle et agréable. La plage est à quelques minutes à pieds comme le tram. Ventura est un très bon hôte. Toujours très réactif par message et flexible. Pleins de bon conseils ! Nous reviendrons pour sûr 😊

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

We had a fantastic stay. The host was very quick at responding and immensely helpful. Always happy to help and nothing was to much. The villa itself was a great space and provided all the amenities needed. Lovely pool and garden space. Great walking distance to the beach. Would highly recommend and we would go back. Thank you

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

Hemos pasado unos fantásticos días con un grupo d amigos. No l falta detalle a la casa,cocina completa, ventiladores d techo en todas las estancias muy agradables para estas calores,habitaciones amplias con buenos colchones…. La verdad q todo perfecto. Karen nos atendió muy amablemente tanto en la llegada como el último día. Gracias

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la villa. Tuvimos unos días maravillosos, todo perfectamente limpio y pensado para estar cómodos. Fuimos con un perrito pequeño que la pasó estupendamente también. El área de piscina y la cercanía a la playa le dan ese extra que buscábamos en nuestros días de desconexión. Sin lugar a duda regresaremos y la recomendamos ampliamente. Stayed at Jason’s place with a large group of friends. Was absolutely fantastic and accommodated everyone in the group. Jason was an excellent host and very helpful with anything we needed, I would recommend this villa to anyone. Incredible
