No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.

The Trullo is located in Coreggia, a small hamlet of Alberobello 4 km from the center and immersed in the countryside. Stone loft with balcony overlooking the sea

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
