The place is really great, and I already want to come back. Even though the photos are accurate, the place is much nicer than the pictures tell you. It's a completely furnished appartment, absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well kept, and even the kitchen looks brand new. Giovanna also was very flexible with our check in and check out, and she is a really nice and attentive host.

Great private location with plenty of parking right in front of the house. The space was huge, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor patio that made it easy to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I absolutely loved it here—would definitely come back!

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

Padroni di casa estremamnte gentili e disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare per cose pratiche,quali parcheggio,raccolta rifiuti..l 'alloggio pulitissimo, con messa a disposizione abbondante di lenzuola,asciugamani,anche da mare,dotato di pentole ed utensili in abbondanza.L'appartamento dispone di due ingressi,un terrazzino dove si puo passare piacevolmente il proprio tempo,la posizione fantastica ,una delle piu gettonate nell'isola,sopra Cala Gavetta,un porticciolo che è una vera chicca ad un passo dal centro storico.Per tornare ci metterei la firma.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato tre notti da Mari. L’appartamento è grande, silenzioso e luminoso. Appena siamo entrati ci siamo subito accorti della pulizia e dell’attenzione verso il cliente. Un sacco di accortezze per vivere al meglio in casa e suggerimenti per visitare l’isola. Inoltre parcheggio interno comodissimo. Speriamo di tornare

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kids (5 & 4) 9 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage, um sämtliche Traumstrände der Costa Smeralda in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über unbefestigte Straßen mit zahlreichen Schlaglöchern. Das Auto sollte entsprechend dafür ausgelegt sein. In der Ferienwohnung selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wünschenswert wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen - aber das wussten wir ja schon vorher. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die hier lebenden Katzen waren eine tolle Unterhaltung für unsere Kids. Ab und zu kommt auch eine Landschildkröte vorbei. Die Klimaanlagen sind hilfreich, aber auch nach einem heißen Tag ist abends die Wohnung relativ kühl, obwohl die Klimaanlagen tagsüber nicht liefen. Anna Rita, ihr Mann und deren Tochter sind herzlich. Es ist ein familiäres, sehr angenehmes Umfeld, wo man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Angela. Als Ausgangspunkt zu den vielen tollen Stränden ist Loiri super gelegen. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Strände und Unternehmungen bekommen. Uns wurde sogar ein Tisch im Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria gebucht (war auf der Seite eigentlich ausgebucht). Das war ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Pool sah sehr einladend aus. Leider haben wir diesen aber nicht genutzt, da wir die meiste Zeit am Strand waren. Unser Highlight in der Unterkunft war das tolle und liebevolle Frühstück von Angela. Sie ist unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nuestra estadía fue increíble. La casa está completamente equipada y todo muy prolijo. Sara fue muy amorosa y atenta. La pasamos increible, esperamos poder volver.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Excellente situation avec vue mer, très belle résidence fleurie et entretenue, près de l’aéroport de Olbia et de très belles plages. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit wunderbaren Gastgebern!! Rita & Franco waren sehr hilfsbereit & haben uns gut mit Informationen über die Gegend & Gepflogenheiten informiert. Sie haben sich immer mal wieder gemeldet und gefragt ob bei uns alles passt & ob wir bei irgendetwas Unterstützung brauchen. Einfach unglaublich liebe Menschen!! Die Unterkunft ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts! Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden bestimmt wieder mal kommen!! La maison était parfaite et très propre. On s’est senti très bien. L’appartement est bien disposé et dispose de tout., nous étions avec notre fille de 2 ans, lit parapluie à disposition et même un petit toboggan dans le jardin. La proximité de la route ne dérange absolument pas car bien isolée, la propriété est bien entretenue. Carla nous a apporté des gâteaux et des spécialités sardes. La plage est à 5mn à pied , c’est une belle plage propre parfaite pour les familles. Un petit supermarché et un vendeur de poisson frais sont aussi à 5mn à pied. Je recommande vivement.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is private & secluded yet still within good distance of the town and the beautiful beaches. Mirella very kindly provided sun loungers specially after I enquired! We felt very comfortable during our stay, the kitchen was very well equipped and the shaded terrace had beautiful views out to the port. We would highly recommend. Oh and the hot tub was a nice addition too!

Quel Paradis !!! Nous étions aux anges. Séjour délicieux. Nicole et Antonio très sympathiques. La plus jolie partie de l'île... sauvage, plage à pied. Encore plus joli en vrai. Bref merveilleux.

L’abitazione è in una ottima posizione vicina a mare raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Molti negozi e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Antonella è una persona disponibile e gentile. Siamo stati contenti del soggiorno quindi penso ci ritorneremo.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Gian Franca is from the sweetest persons I have ever met. She was always attentive and caring and always paying attention to if we need anything. She prepared the flat impeccably. It was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super mountain view, and quiet place. Next to one of the main streets of the Village. I felt I was at my own place in Portugal! Warm regares to the family!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft 😀 alles sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche und Decken frisch gewaschen und riechen gut! Obwohl die Unterkunft etwas klein ist, gibt es alles was man braucht 👌! Die Aussicht ist ein Geschenk und werde sie nie vergessen! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen 😀
