VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. We are located in the south of the Marche near Fermo and Ascoli Piceno, between the olive trees and the organic vineyard of Casale Biancopecora di Massimo and Michela, a structure entirely recovered with principles of bio construction and anti-seismic, the views as far as the eye can see in the wonderful countryside of central Italy and the Sibillini Mountains. Just 27 km from the sea of Porto San Giorgio. The apartments have been renovated using the old original materials of the house with all the current comforts.

We have three separate apartments overlooking Lake San Ruffino and a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. The view of the lake is accompanied by the sound of the animals that inhabit it and the surrounding nature. The place is an oasis of peace: it's suitable for those who love nature and want tranquility. There are several species of birds and it's the ideal place for those who love to photograph. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but there is a small refrigerator.

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You'll arrive downtown with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and Papal Paperboard. Quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry. The Castellano River, easily accessible on foot, is perfect for a walk in any season or a cool summer swim. We look forward to seeing you!

It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
