House holiday rentals in Montecassiano

Una settimana da sogno nelle Marche con tutta la tribù: cugini, sorelle, genitori, cane e la suocera (sì, anche lei). La villa? Un paradiso. Piscina top, idromassaggio terapeutico (anche per i nervi), BBQ da grigliatori seriali. Stefano e Alessandro: da 10 e lode, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. Panorama da cartolina, comfort ovunque. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e... ingrassati. Ci torneremmo domani. Anzi, ci trasferiremmo.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad, een heerlijk huisje met prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad. Lekker zelfgemaakt brood, pizza’s en natuurlijk wijn! We waren met 2 kids die hebben zich meer dan vermaakt met alle spelletjes en tafel tennis en tafelvoetbal. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, super lieve mensen en onwijs attent! Wij komen graag weer langs

Abbiamo affittato l'alloggio di Roberto per passare gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. L'appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente tranquillo, in compagnia di amici. L'ambiente è confortevole e attrezzato per ogni esigenza con spazi esterni davvero molto ben curati. Roberto è stato disponibile ed estremamente gentile. Veramente un bel posto per passare del tempo piacevole.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Door de gastvrijheid van Erik en Isabelle voelden wij ons gelijk thuis. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn een drankje bij aankomst, vijgen uit de tuin kunnen plukken en veel kennis van de omgeving willen delen. Een omgeving waar stress ver te zoeken is en humor aanwezig is.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 13 presso la casa di Angelo, per il weekend del 2 giugno. La casa è molto bella, in una zona tranquilla, è molto spaziosa sia all interno che all esterno, con un patio e un giardino che offrono una bellissima vista. La piscina essendo fuori terra non è grandissima ma assolutamente funzionale per rifrescarsi mentre ci si gode il giardino, ed è stata molto sfruttata dalle 5 bambine del gruppo che si sono divertite moltissimo! Angelo è stato sempre disponibile e gentile nei nostri confronti, un ottimo host!

Very well equipped typical historic country house right in the center of Sirolo which is perfect for enjoying the full range of things to do there. However, it‘s right in the center where there is full Italian night life until 1am at least when the weather is warm. So a lot of noise outside. We knew this beforehand, so no problem for us at all. If you need silence to sleep, maybe think about it twice.

Sehr schönes Haus in gute Lage nahe Senigallia. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der ruhigen Umgebung und konnten die tolle Aussicht in die markesischen Hügel genießen. Ivana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin

Meteen bij aankomst werden we begroet door Fausto. Met een vertaal app werd ons alles medegedeeld. Zijn vriendelijke gezicht maakt iedereen volgens mij blij.😀 Een sfeervolle omheinde tuin waar onze 2 grote honden het heerlijk hebben gehad. Heel fijn dat er airco aanwezig was. Het bed lag super! Er ontbrak niets. O ja, de kaasschaaf 😀😀, maar die ontbreekt vaak in het buitenland😀. Het huis bevind zich binnen een klein complex wat afgesloten kon worden. De zee is binnen 7 minuten met auto te bereiken. Het is er totaal niet druk deze tijd van het jaar. We hebben 1 week 30 graden en blauwe lucht gehad. Fausto reageert bijna direct op je vragen. We bezochten: grotten, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme en de zee. We raden dit huis aan!

Loretta è stata molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha offerto molto più di quanto era incluso nel pacchetto (acqua, frutta e dolci). Il casolare è ben tenuto e ordinato con ampio parcheggio e splendido giardino pieno di fiori e piante.

Appartamento nuovissimo accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari. I padroni di casa persone accoglienti simpaticissimi cordiali e molto ospitali.....ci torneremo ancora

Appartamento pulito, accogliente e ben attrezzato e posizionato. Tutto come da descrizione, perfetto per visitare la città e le spiagge. È consigliabile avere un’auto per spostarsi con facilità. Renata è stata molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Wir Waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht, war aber nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines, süßes Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Los días que hemos pasado en casa de Fabio y su esposa Ada, han sido extraordinarios. Nos han recibido con una particular atención de productos regionales manufacturados por ellos mismos, lo que considero una delicadeza que no es posible valorar, sino desde la calidad humana de los anfitriones, que sobrepasa cualquier expectativa. Luego el alojamiento, donde se combinan el buen gusto con el confort y la confianza, solo merece un profundo agradecimiento por depositar en nosotros, los huespedes circunstanciales, su disfrute y cuidado responsable. Sumamente recomendable a quienes deseen distenderse en la campaña treiana, en un ambiente acogedor y gratificante.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Potrei descriverla con un semplice: “wow” . Posto davvero incantevole e casa stupenda. Curata nei minimi particolari con una bellissima vista mare. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e posso solo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa mia. La casa ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, è stata calorosa, molto pulita e accogliente ( come anche l’host Angelica, che la ringrazio infinitamente) . Era dotata di tutto il necessario, forse anche più del dovuto! Si trovano raramente questi gioiellini, quindi posso solo che consigliarla! Un posto davvero incredibile!!!😍 Ritornerò sicuramente 😊😊

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

We were a group of 13 persons that stayed for one week. The house and surroundings was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The pool area was very nice with a good view over the hilly landscape, and we had dinners by the wood oven/grill. We also got local recommendations from the hosts. It has been easy to communicate with the hosts. We highly recommend this place.

Appartamento con un po' vintage ma molto curato, pulitissimo e funzionale. Appena fuori dalla porta c'è una comoda fermata della navetta che ti porta gratuitamente in spiaggia, e di fronte un piccolo supermercato con tutto il necessario. Il centro di Sirolo è raggiungibile anche a piedi in appena 10 minuti. Un grazie speciale a Lina, un host veramente delizioso, gentilissima, simpatica e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di arrivare prima e partire più tardi per venire incontro alle nostre necessità, ci ha dato tanti consigli e ci ha fatto trovare qualcosa per la colazione e per cucinare. Torneremo senz'altro!

Appartamento molto pulito e con tutto quello che serve. vicinissimo allo Sferisterio e anche al parcheggio Sferisterio. Le scale all'interno sono un po' alte come dice nell'annuncio. Bisogna stare attenti, soprattutto in discesa. Consigliabilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Pasamos 3 días increíbles con Marta y Mattia. Estuvieron siempre atentos por si surgía alguna necesidad, demostraban constantemente estar muy atentos porque tengamos una muy buena estadía y vaya si lo lograron… una casa cómoda ideal y en contacto con la naturaleza, con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. El entorno muy tranquilo y con actividades disponibles para poder relajarse y desconectar. Sin duda volvería a elegirlos para hospedarnos en Treia.
