Holiday rentals with a patio in Montenegro

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

This is a hidden gem, which surpassed our expectations. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend longer in this beautiful penthouse apartment. During our stay in Montenegro we stayed in 3 places and Tatijana’s place was our favourite. This place has so much going for it. It is very quiet and peaceful and has a pretty pebbly beach for swimming just over the road. It only takes approx 15 mins to drive to Kotor or Tivat. The outside terrace is truly magical with spectacular views of mountains and the Adriatic. It gives you sunshine and shade throughout the day. The pictures don’t do it justice. This apartment is modern, well laid out and finished to a high standard. It has everything you would ask for including 2 wonderful, helpful, obliging hosts. Thank you Tatijana and Sergio, we would love to return some time.

Nikoka was an incredibly responsive host always within reach. The flat had incredible views, a great hot tub as described and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Dragan is a great host! He is super responsive and kind. Checking in was really easy and straight forward and the place was clean and has everything you would need including a private bathroom. Mirko was a great host, always responsive and provided clear instructions for the accommodation. Mirko gave us good recommendations for local restaurants and services. I will never forget the location of the Airbnb breathtaking views of the bay was the best waking up to see it everyday and walk along it in to the old town. I recommend Mirko to anyone looking to visit Kotor, I will definitely look to book again in the future!

Our apartment was lovely and the balcony with the view was a beautiful place to just unwind. The furniture was very comfortable to just relax. The hosts, Sebastian and Angela were exceptional in their communication and responses, very proactive and friendly. They offered some incredible recommendations for food and other queries we had which were very helpful and we took most of their recommendations which really made things easy for us. The apartment is merely a 7-minute drive to Budva old town. Highly recommend!

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

Wir können das Haus von Nadia und Val in Montenegro auf der Halbinsel Luštica absolut empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Urlaubstage genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch besser... ;). Es war top sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat die Architektur zum einen an die Toskana aber auch mit den schönen Fliesen an Portugal erinnert. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und diesen sogar von allen drei Schlafzimmern. Der Garten ist mediterran und wunderschön mit Olivenbäumen, Lavendel, Rosmarinstauden, Orangenbäumen gestaltet und der Infinity-Pool ist ein kleines Highlight. Val hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und stand bei allen Fragen und Anliegen immer für uns zur Verfügung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön dafür!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Sofia’nın evi görsellerdekiyle birebir, şahane bir manzaraya sahipti. Sofia her sorumuzu itinayla, kısa süre içerisinde yanıtlandırdı. Evin konumu merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik orada. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

Beautiful scenery. There were a couple of other cabins next to ours however we had the place to ourselves which made it extra peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying if you are in the area and like to book Airbnbs with good views like me. Shout out to Andjela for being responsive on whats app

Milica is the definition of a super host. Always available to answer all our questions, and pretty flexible with the schedule of our arrival. The house was amazing, very clean and organized. The location is amazing for someone looking for peace and quiet, and the view is out of this world. Definitely recommend it!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

The apartment is incredibly roomy and well‑lit. The large kitchen is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and gathering — and the terrace offers an unbeatable spot to enjoy the sunset. Lazy evenings on the terrace with that view! The decor is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. It’s impeccably clean and exudes cozy vibes that transform an apartment into a retreat. Highly recommended! Petar I Alex are exceptionally kind and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable.

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
