Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Montenegro

Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. We werden ontvangen met taart en een glimlach – een klein gebaar dat meteen zorgde voor een thuisgevoel. Alles was netjes en verzorgd, en de lakens roken heerlijk naar vers waspoeder, wat het nog aangenamer maakte. Er werd zelfs spontaan een boottocht voor ons geregeld. En toen we per ongeluk op het terrein van de buren belandden, kregen we ook daar gewoon een vriendelijke groet en uitleg aan het water. Zoveel hartelijkheid maakt dit verblijf echt bijzonder. Een plek waar je niet alleen logeert, maar je ook echt welkom voelt. Aanrader!

Petar's place is one of the best accommodations. It has a huge balcony with an amazing view in a peaceful area. The apartment is equipped carefully with anything you might have forgotten at home - shampoos, body lotions, enough towels (rarely there are so many towels in an airbnb). It had also a variety of spices for the kitchen. The living room is big and has huge windows with the amazing view. Petar welcomed us with beer, wine, rakija and honey - the essentials for a Montenegrin holiday. He drove us from the airport and was always very responsive. The place is a bit uphill (as are houses with a good view), it is a 7 minute walk and nothing complicated, but do take that into account. Nearby (12 minutes) there is a secluded beach, very nice for those who don't want the loud music and sunbeds, but also minutes away (5 minutes) there is a beach more family type. I would definitely recommend Petar's place, for the view, the cleanliness, space and hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. There was private parking, walking distance to old town, and had a beautiful view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place in Kotor Old Town itself, Milan's place is the best decision. It is literally as if you live as a local. It is a bit noisy of the surrounding but once you close the window all good. I dont see any problem. The apartment itself is literally cute with all the decorations. It has some kitchen equipment that you might need. Overall me and my friend really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality, Milan.

To start with the location is probably the best for exploring old town of kotor. The place is super clean and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Slobodan was extremely helpful, probably one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. He even helped us with taxi transfers to and from the airport at very reasonable rates. This place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in old town of Kotor.

Just returned from a fabulous 8 day break at Jelena’s place. From start to finish we had a wonderful relaxing time and we cannot fault Jelena in any way. Due to change in flight times we arrived early but she allowed us an early check in and also arranged taxis to and from the airport. Her communication was faultless and I’d recommend as a very responsive host. The apartment was perfect for our needs, it was especially nice to open the terrace doors in the morning and go for a swim before breakfast. The pool itself is a gem, perfect water temperature for cooling down and right outside the door. There was everything we needed to prepare meals which made us feel right at home. It is also very convenient for the old town, just a gentle 10-15 minute stroll depending on how fast you walk and just across the road, a 2 minute walk was a great little bar and a bakery. The bar had views across the bar and was reasonably priced, which is handy if you don’t want to walk into town.

We had a lovely stay in Montenegro. Gordon was very helpful - he let us know if we were able to check in early / check out late which was very handy, gave us instructions re paying tourist tax and he made sure we were happy with everything. The flat has a beautiful view and had everything we need. If you walk down the left side of the building down the steps, you can get to the seafront in two minutes which is lovely 🙂 There are also multiple supermarkets nearby, two across the road and one along the seafront, Aroma, which we found to be a bit cheaper. The bed is super comfy and the flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a big plus for drying clothes 🙂 We recommend doing a boat trip, super fun, and doing a tour of north montenegro if you have time, durmitor national park is so beautiful.

Dejan was a fabulous host. He met us at the parking space and helped us with luggage and guided us to the apartment. We were able to store our luggage as we arrived early. Dejan was so friendly, helpful, and even walked us to our boat tour. He also stored our bags on the day we left so they would not get too hot in our car while we walked the city some more. The apartment is beautiful and large. It was perfect for us (2adults, 3 children).

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

This apartment was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning! My entire group agreed that it was our favorite view from any place we've ever stayed. Some little things I really appreciated: there was a shelf unit near the door to store the random bags that we use daily, and an area upstairs dedicated to getting ready where there was enough room to store suitcases. It was also very helpful to have two full bathrooms. The host, Dusanka, was always helpful and responded quickly. Kotor is close by and easy to get to if the traffic isn't bad. It's worth noting that the traffic in front of the building is very fast by anyone's standards. If you have small children, take extra care. It wouldn't keep me from staying here again, though! I didn’t want to leave, and I would highly recommend this place!

Nicola was a very friendly and responsive host. She helped us find parking for our car and even moved her own car so that we could park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

In full truth: the best accomodation I ever had, absolutely wonderful in all aspects! Very clean when arriving, very complete, nothing missing. Luxury looks! Enjoyed my week a lot, thank you Antonela! In other words: highly recommend!

guter ausblick, vor dem haus ist ein fußballplatz auf dem des öfteren kinder spielen, das gehört zu diesem dörflichen irt eben dazu, man muss ein paar meter bergab laufen um zum see zu kommen und läuft dabei an der schönen kirche vorbei. supermarkt und touri info nur wenige meter entfernt. alle wichtigen touristen info broschüren finden sich schon in der wohnung, sehr schöne wohnung, schöner ausblick

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location
