Holiday rentals in Montepertuso

Angela and Valentina were great hosts! We felt lucky to have found this place, up in the hills and away from the crowded Positano. We were immersed in an Italian experience. Pack light, as there will be lots of steps to got down to the house and you will need to carry your luggage up the steps on the way back to the piazza. The hosts offered to assist with luggage, however. You are within 5 minutes to two great restaurants and a market. I highly recommend Donna Rosa, they are open for dinner every day but Tuesdays. Book in advance as they fill up quickly. Il Ritrivo was nice too. You can also enjoy coffee and lunch here. The Path of Gods trail is up the hill, you can start in Nocelle and make your way to Bomerano or start the other way and finish close to home. Valentina was very helpful with directions to the trail. You will need to rely on a bus to get to Positano or plan on a 40 minutes strenuous walk. The bus runs hourly and usually it gets super crowded particularly in the evening

Stunning view from all windows and balcony. Apartment was very clean. Primary bedroom had a king-size bed with memory foam mattress that was very comfortable. Stephania was very prompt with messaging and offered trip planning assistance. The refrigerator was stocked with starter-sizes of milk, juice, and water. Basic staples (coffee, tea, sugar, spices) were available in the kitchen. Soap and shampoo were provided. We were very happy with this Airbnb and highly recommend it!

We were personally welcomed upon arrival and provided with the bus schedule and hours of operation for the shops and resraurants located across the street, including a grocery store. The listing was very clean inside and out. My only concern was with the porch lighting at the front entrance, which I was unable to switch on my last evening there. The other guest did not have this issue however. I would highly recommend this listing as it is a lovely retreat centrally located from the hustle and bustle of Positano and walking distance to the mountainside where visitors can hike along the "Path of the Gods" and enjoy lunch overlooking the ocean. It was a beautiful site.

Great views of positano from the spacious balcony. Easy check in. Apt is not visible from the road (Viale Pasitea). The shop upstairs is called Positaneries, which may help navigating to the apt. Host was very responsive and reached out the day before via WA. She kindly kept our luggage in the shop storage area after we checked out, as we had a few hours before our ferry out of positano. Stairs are fairly narrow and steep out of the apartment. We had small suitcases and carried them down to the port, but I recommend using a porter service if you want to keep your marriage intact. Lol Highly recommend Casa e Bottega down the street for breakfast or lunch in a cute setting.

I have only great things to say about this place! We celebrated our anniversary and my partner’s birthday here and absolutely loved our stay!! Awesome hosts who really care about their guests and giving them the best experience, convenient location close to the bus stop, and a beautiful clean apartment. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Positano, thank you Luciana and Fabrizio!

Your house is wonderful and we enjoyed stayning in in for a few days ,even of the steps to get there where a lot at first 😀 then we got used to it and we even enjoned discowering new ways to get to the location (home). We will definitely back! We loved to staing i Positano We chose the best host ! Francesco responsed immediately to our needs and his recommendetions where helpful and very good regarding travel ,top restaurant ,etc .. We loved our stay i Positano . We chose the best host ! Excellent choice to stay in Positano with a spectacular view. The apartment is super clean and impeccable in every way. The view is just fabulous!! The apartment is itself and the other apartments its amongst, showcases the typical architecture of Positano, which is charming, authentic and of high quality, making us feel like locals in the most picturesque little town along the Amalfi coast. Marcello and Vitas service exceeded our expectations, always attentive to our possible needs throughout the stay and showed initiative at all times. Marcello allowed us to check in early, and on the last day we were able to stay in for a little. (Both cases were very helpful). However, the best part of their warmth was when they unexpectedly gifted us with the best little surprise as we were walking away (we will never forget the feeling of being so welcomed here in Italy). It was a remarkable experience, combining comfort, beauty, hospitality and tranquility. We'll be back for sure!
