Monthly Rentals in Monterey

Home is very beautiful. Jim and Susan were very responsive when needed we felt right at home everything was right at our fingertips when needed. We came for a weekend girls getaway and this home helped us achieve that peace we needed. Very spacious we will be back again.

We were in the Berkshires for a family reunion and Randy's place was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Randy suggested we arrive in the daylight as the streets are very dark which was great advice. He left the lights on for us and we were able to get in without any issues. Randy left notes all around the house explaining how everything worked and other helpful advice. The location is great and aside from the deer flies on my walk, everything was perfect. We even saw Yo-Yo Ma at the grocery store! We would definitely rent from Randy again!

Truly a magical spot. We’ve stayed at many unique Airbnbs, and this one is up there as a favorite. It’s so peaceful and beautiful; the walk down makes it feel like you are truly remote and alone. The screened porch is perfect for listing to the stream at all points of the day. The cabin itself is furnished in a quirky and cozy way, and the beds are very comfortable. The full kitchen had everything needed. The host was super friendly and responsive. We would absolutely would recommend to others!

This was our second time staying at the Hupi House and loved it. House is perfect for 2 families with kids, super comfortable, spacious and cosy, well equipped and lots of things to do in the area. This time we went skiing at the Butternut resort just 10 mins away and was a great experience. Lucas a very friendly and responsive host.
