The coach house of our house was built in 1650. There has always been activity in the property. When we bought the property, we decided to furnish the old coach house as a sustainable apartment. The monumental building is fully insulated and is furnished with all the comforts of today. Still, you can feel the history in the house. The property is centrally located in the monumental city center of Doesburg, a 1-minute walk from the IJssel. An ideal place to explore the Hanseatic cities.

Cottage Rosendael can be found on the estate of Castle Rosendael, close to the historic castle, the beautiful gardens and the cozy Orangery. Velp and Arnhem are around the corner, but just as easily you can walk or bike from the cottage into the nature of the Veluwezoom. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.
