EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

Great place especially for the price. It’s close to a lot but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Christina is a great host! Very responsive and helpful, I enjoyed her hosting so much that I’m staying in another one of her units haha. I Highly recommend.

Megan was a wonderful host and very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay. If you like to walk, bike or run, there’s a nice trail very close to the building. The neighborhood was quiet and we almost never heard another tenant in the building. Overall, it was a great experience.

We had had a very busy four days in the Philly area and Tristin's place was the perfect relaxation spot to recharge before continuing our trip home!

Kalie's place was perfect for my quick vacation. Check in was SUPER easy and flexible, all amenities listed were available, Katie was very responsive/proactive, and the apartment was comfortable. Unless you are unable to walk up stairs, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Her food recommendations were also great!

Zaiquez is a great host, everything was great and cozy during the two weeks of staying here, all the facilities and equipment in the house are very complete, and Zaiquez is always able to provide us with immediate responses and suggestions when we need him. The security of the accommodation here is very high, there is a code lock at the door, there is also a code lock on the room door, and the surrounding residents look very friendly, but the environment is very quiet, it feels like home!

Beautiful home with great amenities. The host was responsive and instructions were precise. In a quiet/safe neighborhood with an interesting array of houses. We will definitely stay there again if we need a place to stay while in Beaver Creek.

Wonderful place that worked perfectly for our extended family to stay while in Dayton celebrating our niece’s graduation. Faith was incredibly responsive and the home had all the amenities we needed not only to gather in, but also relax.

The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was spacious and clean. We appreciated the little things, like having coffee available with extra flavorings. The garage was a huge help as we prepared for our daughter's wedding. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We recommend this place.

Greg’s place is a true gem. The renovation preserved the home’s character while adding a touch of modern charm. The spotless and elegantly decorated interior beautifully showcases Dayton’s rich heritage. The hosts are responsive, kind, and super helpful. If you have the chance, be sure to stay here.

Very clean she had everything you need there and extra. She had extra toilet paper extra garbage bags extra towels she made everything there super easy and comfortable. Her home was very clean and neat. Lots of space and outside was even clean and beautiful! Thank you again we will definitely be back and this is our go to place!

Very thoughtful amenities, this AirBnB is a great place to stay… I enjoyed the minimalism of the decor, the little things that were put in there to make it comfortable. It’s worth knowing ahead of time that it’s on a busier street and the upstairs has a window AC (rather than being hooked up to the central air). Neither are a problem, just helpful to know for planning.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s. As a host myself, I appreciated the updated features as well as the historic/ vintage character maintained in the home. We also appreciated the cleanliness (esp the clean bathrooms) and we all slept well so it was a good experience overall.

The host was extremely responsive. Check out procedures were simple and easy. That was very appreciated! This is our second stay here and it certainly won’t be our last!

This place is GREAT!!!! Price was amazing, location was quite and the other tenants are super nice! Julian answered every request and question we had within literal minutes. Didn’t have to wait and even was able to extend our stay with No Problems and even last minute. Also best check out time we have EVER had it was so nice not to feel rushed and just comfortable

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. Great for 1 person or a couple. In a cute historic district that’s a short drive to some good Dayton eateries. Aspasia was very kind and went to turn the lights on when she found out my flight was delayed and I was coming in very late.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

James' place was close enough to WEC, yet gave me privacy to do work as required. The house was perfect, and exactly as described, with amenities that we exceeded expectations. We come to Wilmington at least once a year for a horse show, and highly recommend this house.

Great location for anything Miami of Ohio. Very clear instructions with easy check in and check out. The hosts were proactive, accommodating and super responsive.
