Monthly Rentals in Monti, Rome

This stylish modern apartment was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. We loved the location, which was a stone's throw from the gorgeous Santa Maria Maggiore church, and easy walking distance from both the main train station and the colosseum. At the same time, it was down a quiet side street which meant that it was relatively quiet at night and felt far away from the main tourist thoroughfares. We could also access both metro lines in less than 10 minutes by foot. Allesandro was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome on arrival and gave some great tips on getting around and finding some hidden food gems as well as churches to view artworks for free. The kitchen was well-stocked and enabled us to cook at home when we chose to. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Rome at their own pace.

Amazing location, so easy to get around the city centre. Emiliano was an excellent host, he was accomodating of our travel changes and communication was quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend.

What a beautiful apartment! Gorgeous and modern furnishings including an amazing bathroom with tub and separate shower, this apartment was well worth the price. Only a few minutes walk from incredible closeup views of the Colosseum, this was the perfect spot and location for exploring Rome and coming back to a luxurious apartment at night. AC worked great for days when it got to 96 degreees Fahrenheit outside. We highly recommend this place!

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.
