Holiday rentals with a pool in Montmeyan

Bernadette et Hervé sont des hôtes très agréables, accueillants et discrets. Joli logement, très bien équipé, au calme. Le jardin et la piscine invitent à la détente, très bien entretenus… très agréable. Notre toutou Jasper a apprécié se balader à son aise dans la propriété et a été bien accueilli par Socca et Nusty les chiens des propriétaires. We and our young daughters enjoyed a wonderful week at Martine's beautiful house. There was plenty of space in the lovely gardens for the girls to roam (often followed by Osky, the very friendly German shepherd.) Martine was the consummate host; it’s clear she takes great pride in the property, with thoughtful touches throughout. She was also very kind in letting the girls “help” her as she gardened, which they absolutely loved. The location is fantastic - a scenic walk into Cotignac and lots to explore within a 30 minute drive. Thank you again, Martine. We hope to return soon!

Great place, my family and I stayed over for two nights and had a blast. The place was cozy, decorated with taste, clean and very relaxing. The house had all the advertised amenities and was perfect for our family with young kids. Céline was very responsive and available for anything we needed. we totally recommend the stay.

Endroit calme avec une vue imprenable sur le Cap Canaille et un jardin idyllique, à seulement quelques pas du centre-ville et de la plage. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Nos hôtes, très sympathiques, étaient à court de quelques essentiels, mais ont pris la peine de nous les faire parvenir quelques heures à peine après notre arrivée. Nous avons également profité d’une superbe balade matinale à la découverte de petits recoins moins fréquentés des environs, en compagnie de notre hôte. Nous avons reçu de précieux conseils sur les restaurants et les activités locales, que nous avons grandement appréciés. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous venons de séjourner une semaine chez Lucas et Elaine. Tout s'est vraiment bien passé, depuis l'accueil chaleureux jusqu'au départ. Lucas et Elaine sont des hôtes des plus amicaux et durant notre séjour, nous avons pu échanger et sympathiser. Ils étaient discrets, mais on ne peut que partager du temps avec eux, tellement, l'endroit est enchanteur et les échanges quotidiens ont apporté une touche des plus amicales à notre séjour. Lucas et Elaine ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Le logement, fraîchement rénové avec beaucoup de goût, une cuisine très bien équipée, une salle de bain bien aérée ainsi qu'une literie de qualité, avec des lits bien larges. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit, très calme, avec vue sur les champs de lavande, le coucher de soleil sur le Mont Ventoux. Sans oublier la beauté des paysages, le marché à Riez, tout le charme de la Provence et des hôtes charmants.

The terrace alone makes this a magnificent home. The kitchen is functional and well-stocked. Bed is comfortable. Leave the windows open and enjoy. Back to the terrace: views are incredible; it’s private; it’s huge. Walk into town (and beach) is downhill and fairly short. Walk back is uphill. Really uphill. Consider a taxi. Have lunch at Petite Oyster and try the broiled razor clams along with oysters from Normandy. A car is a good idea for hiking and accessing beautiful and fairly secluded beaches. I will rent this apartment again. Cassis was a four night stop on our Provence road trip. We agreed that seven nights would not be a bad idea. The only negative was the outdoor grill didn’t reach high temperatures, but this may have been due to low levels of propane. Not anything I have experience with. We improvised inside and had a wonderful dinner on the terrace. We did have problems with Google directions, but owner was on phone directing us. Our best Airbnb experience ever .

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, tout est bien pensé et optimisé dans l'appartement. Karine est très agréable et amicale. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès mon arrivée. Éliette est une hôte exceptionnelle, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible si besoin. Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Je recommande vivement ce lieu, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage. Merci encore à Éliette pour son accueil irréprochable !

Sylvia ist einer sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Apartment sieht genau wie auf den Bilden aus und ist super gemütlich. Außerdem ist es extrem gut ausgerüstet, es gibt eigentlich alles was man braucht. Wir haben daher häufig selbst gekocht. Der Pool lässt sich innerhalb von 10 Sekunden erreichen (ich habe die Zeit gestoppt) und die Anlage ist traumhaft: Der Tennisplatz, die duftenden Pinien und die Ruhe an einem warmen Sommertag. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke!

Leuk ingericht, schoon appartement met leuk balkonnetje. Parking achter gesloten hek! Zwembad en zee aan de deur. Aantal restaurants ook om de hoek. We hadden zelf fietsen mee, wat wij wel fijn vonden om in port-grimaud en st tropez te kunnen komen. Lopend voor ons aan de verre kant! Een aanrader!

We stayed at La Sianne in middle of June and were delighted with it. Set on the hillside with absolutely stunning views and beautiful open living spaces. The old world charm of this traditionally Riviera home suited us perfectly. The multiple outdoor spaces ( main floor with gorgeous open vistas) and the generously sized pool area ( with pool house that had a convenient toilet and shower) were perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stovetop and refrigerator but also had many conveniences (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cheese grater, food processor, ample serving bowls/trays, bread baskets, separate pantry/laundry room). Additionally as a great bonus that I missed when viewing the listing is the large outdoor kitchen that you can use the electric grill, and a drying clothesline and charcoal barbeque in the back). The one drawback was that the oven instructions were in German and the welcome book did not explain how to use it so we couldn’t. The bedrooms were clean and well sized, and there were ample bathrooms. Situated on the hill you have to be prepared for the steep driveway, but the ample parking space at the house allowed for easy turning around ( which was good as we had a large car for 5 people). Ideally located it is about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful town of Ste Maxime, (so charming!!), beaches and close to the Bateaux Verts for daily excursions to St Tropez or Grimaud ( much better than dealing with the coastal roads that can be very busy). Check in was smooth and with no issue. A beautiful property and I cannot wait to return!

One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed! Beautiful house with plenty room, great kitchen, lovely outdoor dining space and pool. Beautiful grounds and views. Even better than the photos. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway some friends after our wedding.

Belle découverte de la maison aux volets bleus à proximité d’une rivière! Super accueil avec une attention du propriétaire et une conciergerie agréable, dynamique et efficace, bon emplacement et exposition au soleil avec climatisation très appréciée en période de canicule, maison fonctionnelle et sécurisée, équipements conformes à la description, soin particulier à la technologie, propreté des lieux, grand jardin clôturé et piscine bien entretenus… Terrain de pétanque, cuisine extérieure et terrasse pour de bons moments partagés en famille! Je recommande sans hésiter pour découvrir la Provence Verte ☀️

Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Bilder Megaaussicht und sehr sauber Besser geht fast nicht, ausser eben die Zufahrt

Excellent séjour ! Maison isolée dans la nature, environnement naturel, magnifique et calme tout en étant facile d’accès. Propre, bien rangée et bien bien équipée. Hôte charmant et sympa. Super pour les adultes, enfants, chiens. Moins adaptée pour les personnes âgées car énormément de marches intérieures et extérieures.

Gezellig en mooi huis voorzien van goede keuken, lekkere bedden en prima badkamer. Buitenkeuken is heel handig net als de wasmachine en droger :) Tuin is prachtig en helemaal afgesloten dus perfect om onze hond hier los te kunnen laten lopen.

Fantastic weekend stay in the South of France! This little home made you feel as if you were home and Carole was the utmost help throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer and will return during our next trip to St. Tropez/Gassin area!

Gustavo's house is a beautiful house in a small hamlet in the Luberon. It has a semi rural feel and is a lovely quiet space to return to at the end of the day or maybe to linger in the pool on hot days. There is a lovely wood so close by with fields of wildflowers up the hill just a little way. The house was spotlessly presently and very comfortable with lots of outdoor seating, a full kitchen and laundry and two comfy beds. The upstairs bedroom and study are a real retreat space. However the BEST thing about this house is the very generous and friendly welcome given by Gus. He filled us in prior to arrival on some nice places to stop coming from Marseille and was at the house to greet us and show us round. More info on how to enjoy and relax into our week followed. He made us feel at home and at ease with the space and the surrounding area. Thank Gus...hope to see you again sometime.
