Water softener system, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. the ceiling is 9 feet high, which makes this space very spacious. the loft is a fully private accommodation. (not shared) we are on site 24 hours a day in a private apartment. a very safe place. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and close to all services. the loft is a 10-minute walk from the metro, there is a bus stop on the corner that goes directly to the metro.

Located in the Ville-Marie district, it is 3 minutes from the metro (10 minutes from the city center), green spaces (Parc Maisonneuve and Lafontaine), the Olympic Park and the lively neighborhoods of the metropolis. You'll love the studio because of its great comfort, its modern look and the outdoor sunken pool available to you (not exclusive since shared with us, the owners). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Not suitable for parties or meet-ups for friends.
