Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

It is in the heart of unspoiled nature, between the Loire and Louet, and only 15 minutes from the heart of Angers that Laure Gasnier and her family welcome you to La Petite Boire. A typical Anjou farmhouse, our house is an old hemp farm* built in the middle of the 19th century in wood, tuffeau and slate. Our independent cottage can accommodate up to 2 people (and 1 baby). In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.
