Beautiful little house built onto or converted from part of the host's house. Very cozy and comfy, lots of interesting things inside the space too. Susan and Kyle were both very kind and they had made a helpful directory for the area. Easy drive to Portland with everything you needed nearby in Falmouth as well while not being in a busy area. Really nothing is missing from this location and we would recommend it to anyone visiting.

We had a great stay! The location was very central, close to plenty of things to do and just a short drive to Boston. The space itself was spotless and was brand new. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and well-kept place to stay!

The property is excellent. I would recommend going before Labor Day as a lot of local businesses including the amusement park shut down for the season. Unless traveling out of town you don’t need a vehicle to get around, you’re right off the beach and at the end of Main Street, everything is within walking distance. Yingqiao was very responsive and always got back to my messages within the hour. The condo is plenty big for a large party and the kitchen is stocked with anything you need and quite large. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There is also a new washer and dryer so you don’t need to overpack you can wash your clothes. The large outdoor balcony where you have views of pretty much the entire Main Street was amazing. Did not know that there would be great views like that. I highly recommend this property and we will most likely be coming back earlier in the season and checking out anything we missed. A+

Very comfortable, cute, and clean, Pictures of the Airbnb were great. Exactly as described. We had a wonderful time. We were within 10 minutes from our family’s home. We would stay there again if we travel to Kennebunkport again.

Great location and exceptional communication from Daniele! We had an issue with a strong cat smell in the house, but Daniele compensated us fairly, was understanding, and scheduled a professional carpet cleaning after our stay based on the info we provided to ensure it was ready for the next guest! The price was very fair and overall a great visit! I would stay at another Salt & Shine-managed property again no doubt - their customer service was top-notch!

Great location and spacious one bedroom suite with hot tub! InnSeason Resorts is not in downtown Ogunquit but we walked there in about 20 minutes, which we didnt mind. Footbridge Beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are many restaurants, shops and markets close by mostly by car but also two restaurants right next to the resort! I didn’t expect such a spacious place. The bedroom is large with a king size bed and ensuite hot tub and sink (the bathroom has its own sink as well). The kitchen has everything one can possibly need with a one burner portable stove. Katy was super responsive and helpful. The staff at the resort are also wonderful and accommadating. I highly recommend this for couples and parents with one or two kids!

The condo is lovely and exactly as pictured and described. The furniture was quite comfortable, beds were great, plenty of room and easy one flight stair access. Everything we needed was available in the unit. Having a reserved parking space was a perk. Theresa was very easy to reach and provided very helpful local info. We definitely plan to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. All the things we needed were available in the unit. It was very clean throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The surrounding shopping and dining choices were plentiful not to mention multiple beaches to choose from. There are 30 stairs to climb to access the third floor condo which is shown in the pictures of the listing but would be difficult for anyone with a mobility or health issue. There is no outdoor lighting where you park your car or enter the condo which was difficult when we arrived home after dark and had to navigate our way from the driveway up all the stairs (there are 4 small solar/motion lights scattered on the railings going up the stairs that would come on as you walked past them) into the unit. We accessed the pool on the property which was beautiful and clean. Overall a nice place stay with many fun things to see and do!

Kate & Kate’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and fall weather, and also doing some shopping nearby. There are restaurants very close by as well. It was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the little things really stood out here- many towels, washer and dryer, all the things you need for your stay are provided and so appreciated. Excellent place to stay!!

The condo was better than the pictures. It was well equipped, the price vs the situation was really good. Spacious and private with great amenities. I would live to rent again next year.

Great property, well cared for, and really enjoyed double bedrooms and double bathrooms. Not only are they dog friendly, but they are proactive about providing recommendations about having dogs on the beach. We didn't realize it would be possible to take him onto the beach (after or before 9-5), which blew our little dog's mind running around in the sand. And they provided sheets with a note in a cute little bag that asked us to cover either chair our dog might be lying around on, so the sheets could contain pet hair. Most other hosts wouldn't think of that, wouldn't word it as friendly/casually, and it would've been a REALLY SERIOUS warning. All around - professional, pleasant, customer-focused, with a sense of humor. Winning all around!

We had an excellent weekend at Christopher’s condo in Wells! The place was exactly as described and Christopher was incredibly responsive and accommodating! The pool and the hotub were also great!

Tom and Vicky’s place is lovely! They went out of their way to provide breakfast basics and instructions on how to use everything! The beds were very comfortable and the cottage feels like a home. We were treated to fresh brownies upon arrival to kick off our cozy New England girls trip! The surrounding towns have many restaurants and shops for exploring! I would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice place, everything was clean and smelling good, we felt right at home! Comfortable beds except the single one which we could feel the springs. Expensive parking everywhere near the beach, be advised, but free parking at the house. Everyone at the place was friendly. The only thing mmissing would be coffee pods, for the rest, everything was there!

The house was beautiful and spacious. We had 4 adults and 3 kids spanning 3 generations and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We also enjoyed the large common spaces for card games and meals. The location was great - close to Kittery and Portsmouth. We also took day trips into Vermont and up the Maine coast. The beds were soo comfortable. The decor was modern and the house was spotless. We had a great time!

Brenda's beach side home was bright, homey, and had all the amenities we needed. Though we couldn't take advantage of the beach across the street due to weather, the massage chair was a huge hit for all. We would be happy to stair there again.

Our girls trip was absolutely amazing! This home was more than gorgeous and spacious for all 6 of us. We felt at home, we all had our own rooms and more than enough seating/ gathering space. Surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast on the back deck watching the birds.

I enjoyed several lovely days in Ashley’s home. It is a great location for the rest and reset solo vacation. Would be a great place to bring family and with North Conway minutes away there is plenty to do & delicious places to eat.

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with everything you could need. Located a short distance from the beaches, towns, shopping and restaurants. We were here the last week of May when the crowds were not too bad. The weather was perfect—60’s and 70’s. The hosts are extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a quiet, family-friendly community. We loved being able to walk up to the pool and play in the game room in the main clubhouse area. The house is a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport and local beaches. It is a quick 30 minute drive up to Portland. Our daughter loved sleeping in the private bedroom upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. The space was immaculate when we arrived. Steve was responsive to any needs we had during our stay. A great find!
