Holiday rentals with a patio in Moody Beach, Maine

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

We had a great stay at Susan's place. Keep in mind of the second floor stairs as we had to bring our luggage up the steeper stairs, but wasn't a big issue for us. The place was clean and was great for my mom, daughter and me for a girls trip. We would stay again!

Nice stay for a local wedding. Clean and comfortable bed. Glad we had hosts detailed info for the parking area.

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our stay at bevs, on island path was fabulous. Bev really thought of all the amenities. It was clean, functionally location wise, and a real treat to come back after a Long Beach day and feel very comfortable. I’d say cozy. We’ve stayed in a few air b n bs in Hampton and rated them probably undeservingly well. This one is honestly the best we’ve stayed in. Not to mention Bev is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to local eateries, and activities, and always responds promptly to messaging. Thanks for an amazing stay Bev. Perfect spot to stay in when you’re in Portland- even for just a night! This place felt clean, private, quiet and was in a great location. 100% will book here again if it’s available next time I have a Portland trip!

The house was in the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. It had a great outdoor space. My husband and I enjoyed playing games Cyndi had in the house. Very clean and comfortable with great amenities. We wish we could stay longer! We will definitely be back.

Excellent experience from booking to check out. Kara was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and the house was extremely clean. The hot tub was a nice touch for the end of the day relaxation. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place for the weekend. Location great for the town and beach. Stayed with family and one dog. Everyone enjoyed it.

My stay at the Sandpiper was wonderful! Check in was easy and the unit was spotless and well-equipped with nice bed linens and towels. The Sandpiper is centrally located and walkable, being only an easy 0.8 of a mile from Dock Square (connected by sidewalks for the entire walk). When I had a question about the heating system, Nicole and Rob responded quickly and were very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Sandpiper next time I am visiting Kennebunkport!

We enjoyed our stay at Stephen’s home! It’s located between the best beaches in Maine, and it has plenty of entertainment for the whole family.

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

This has to be the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! The place was very neat, clean, organized. Plenty of towels, blankets, and had every amenity you could ask for! It was decorated for Christmas which really brought a great vibe! Would 10/10 recommend!

Denise's place was a great find and we highly recommend her pristine studio to anyone planning a trip to Ogunquit. She offered a host of well thought-out amenities to make our stay comfortable and worry-free. Proximity to the center/downtown area and the beach was a short walk. We really enjoyed our stay at Tara's place. It was clean and nice location to the beach. She was also very accommodating with an early check in time in order for us to get ready for a wedding.

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.
