Tranquility is a beautiful house. All you need and more. The surroundings feel like paradise! If your plan is to relax and enjoy the beach this is definitely the house to go.

Beautiful home, in a stunning location and the beach is simply gorgeous, the most perfect beach amd Bay! We loved our time here, exploring the home, the beach and Exuma as a whole. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. It is one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed in Exuma! We were thankful the house had a generator after a large storm knocked out the power in the area! We did have a couple hiccups, with most outdoor area lights not working, construction on the front fence and construction supplies laying around the yard that we were not expecting and workers at the house. During a large storm quite a lot of water leaked into the upstairs bedroom - definitely close the shutters if storms are approaching. If you want privacy maybe ask in advance if works are finished, but other than those minor issues, the house really was amazing! Walk down the beach to the local beach bar, great spot and great cocktails and burgers! Thank you for having us!

Can't say enough about Kelly and Josh! Very responsive and sent out a maintenance person next day for a minor issue. Don't be fooled by only having one review. My wife and I originally found them on VRBO for the same property with plenty of reviews but booked on Airbnb as I have an established account here. Short 4-5 minute walk to one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, Tropic of Cancer. Very short drive to Pretty Molly and Forbes Hill Beach, oasis like beaches with stunning rock formations on the sides. Would definatley book again!! Thanks Kelly

We loved staying on Tropic of Cancer Beach! The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped, but by far the stand out of the trip was the location and setting. The beach was gorgeous and so private, truly paradise on earth. The location is a bit remote, so just be prepared. There are a few great beach bars nearby but these closed at 5-6pm, so if you wanted dinner out, you had to eat early or drive 20-30 minutes on pretty beat-up roads. The snorkels, kayaks, and ample outdoor furniture were handy to have.
