Relax after a day at the dunes in this quiet home at the edge of town. It's a 3-1/2 mile drive to the dunes. With a permit from the city, you can drive your ATV right to the park! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has excellent central air and heat and ceiling fans. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed. We added a new stackable washer and dryer—perfect for small loads. Plenty of parking in the back for your truck, trailer, and ATV.

A cozy living area features a leather sofa adorned with soft pillows, complemented by a stylish coffee table. Natural light filters through the window blinds, while the entrance door and decorative artwork add character to the inviting space.

Unique getaway located outside of town in the heart of NW Oklahoma’s desired hunting country. Near Alabaster Caverns, Cargill Solar Salt Plant & our old west downtown/museum, this is a cozy spot for hunters, those seeking solace from the big city or needing to layover. For an additional pet fee(s), we can also accommodate several horses in two big outdoor pens w/plenty of parking. We’re 25 min. from Alva, 30 min. from Waynoka (Little Sahara), 40 min. from Woodward, & close to KS state line.

A spacious community room features comfortable seating arrangements, including a mix of sofas and chairs. A large TV is mounted on the wall, and a dining table with chairs sits centrally. Decorative elements and a warm color scheme create a welcoming atmosphere.

Everyone will enjoy this unique spacious area. Main gathering room is Giant 75" TV & 200+ online movies, H/C H20 Dispenser, Central H&A & mini-split. 3 Queen Beds, 2 Twins, 2 sleeper Sofas & 2 XL cots. 3 keyed BR's + 2 more w/twins... 1 is in laundry rm. Queen auto blow up if needed. This is an older home in many respects with only 1 bathroom. However it is inviting for from 1-12. Extra folding chairs & tables. This is a sort of duplex w/myself on 1 side so readily available if needed. TY!

Grandma and Grandpa's Country Home

The Old Wolf House, where I live is a Historical, Oklahoma site. This area was settled right before the land run and this house is extremely old and hard to live in. It is haunted, It has issues with almost everything that is modern and I do believe the old soul of the house rejects and destroys anything modern. I LOVE IT! Don't worry that is not where you will be staying. My parents retired in 2003 and built a nice place right behind the old Wolf House. All modern and nice!
