Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Next door, you’ll find a covered outdoor dining table, a fire pit, and, for extra coziness, a charming circus wagon and a treehouse with a double bed. Plenty of space to dream, celebrate, and let loose.
