Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The 40 sqm completely newly renovated 1-room apartment has a balcony. The apartment has a double bed 140 x 200 cm and is ideal for two people. To start the day, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, toaster and basic equipment. A workstation and Wi-Fi are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and towels.

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.

Our beautiful bright 2 room apartment offers enough space for 4 people. The area is in an optimal location with many stores & bars. Supermarkets are within walking distance and also the U2 is in 2 minutes. In addition, the Maxvorstadt is an art area with many museums and sights.
