Due to the location in the center of Munich, you can experience the Glockenbachviertel, the colorful hustle and bustle at the Viktualienmarkt, the Oktoberfest, as well as Marienplatz up close in just a few minutes on foot.

Parking spot in the underground garage can be booked for extra costs. All stores for daily needs are in walking distance.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. A well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal.

Whether as a tourist, for a business trip or longer-term stay in Bavaria's capital - our fully equipped apartments combine the latest technology and design with a cozy ambiance, so you can feel right at home. In addition to a spacious lobby with seating, you will find a communal garden, rental bikes and, of course, free Wi-Fi throughout the house. The house was built in 2024 and therefore also has a completely new furnishing of the rooms.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

A narrow spindle staircase leads to the small apartment for max. 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, view into the garden. The grill and terrace may be used. To Waldschwaigsee about 400 m, to the bus stop about 200 m. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, to Munich about 15 km.
