The villa is in a very peaceful location in a gated, walled garden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It has its own floodlit pool which can be heated to 28 degrees for €150 per week and a private, south-facing, garden. The beaches, restaurants and bars are a short walk away. Moraira has a thriving night life and interesting walks and hikes nearby.

Lovely apartment in Moraira with superb views

You will love the sea views from our apartment. The location is ideal if you want to have a quiet holidays but at the same time close to the center (10 minutes walk). The people of the town are very friendly. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children also). There are beautiful beaches in the area, the town is quiet but with all the facilities and it is also very close to many other charming towns and cities that can be visited by car.

Adorable traditional Mediterranean apartment with all the comforts of a modern apartment. Access 2 minutes walk to Ampolla beach, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. A bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. From the living room you can enjoy fantastic views of the sea. On the upper floor, there is a terrace shared with another floor where you can see the sea, port and the entire surroundings of the town.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
