Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Moray Firth

The house is lovely, well located and close to the center, restaurants and all. There's a parking space in the garden, which is great. Immediately you feel at home, feeling all the care and thought that is given to welcoming the guests. Clear instructions, and breakfast stuff like milk, bread, jam and butter. The house is fully furnished with modern appliances and facilities. The bathroom is very comfortable to use with top and had showers. In summary we loved the place.

Lovely property and beautiful garden, everything was really clean and ot felt really homely. Kay was an excellent host and helped us with ideas for eating out and local walks. Thankyou Kay we had a great week!

The perfect spot! Lots of room for a family of four adults. Steps away from the heart of the city. Would definitely recommend!!

Sheila’s place is beautiful, clean and very close to all amenities. Sheila was very helpful and took time to show us the house etc. Sheila is always responsive. The house is nice and the decor was amazing. We cannot thank enough to Sheila for making our stay lovely and comfortable.

Copper Beech is a beautiful home in a fantastic setting. On the edge of fields, we were able to see the nearby firth and enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. Alness is an easy walk away and Alan provided details of interesting local walks. It’s also a great base from which to explore the villages of the Black Isle, Dunrobin Castle and the waterfalls around Corrieshalloch Gorge area. We feel very lucky to have found Copper Beech, it’s a home which had everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable stay, from excellent bamboo bed linen to cake tins! This is the first Airbnb in which I was able to bake a cake! And the excellent hot tub was a great way to relax and watch the sun go down. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Hideaway is wonderful. It had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Even some thick bathrobes for the jacuzzi. Wifi was excellent and everything easy to operate.

A fabulous place with incredible hospitality. Donnie and Ellie were endlessly helpful, with transportation from the train station and planning our time in the Highlands. The place is just a few minutes outside of Inverness and a perfect spot to stay as you enjoy the area. 10/10 and we'll be back.

We stayed in Inverness for 4 nights and immediately felt at home in Sebastian's apartment. The location is unbeatable. The flat was very well equipped and had everything we needed. As we had a hire car, the resident's parking permit was very helpful and we always found a parking space. We would come back at any time.

Much quieter than listing suggests. Don’t be put off by warning of noise, worst it gets is people walking above and washing machine. Lovely place, clean, tranquil with plenty of storage and well equipped

Everything about our stay in the boys dormitory was superb. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in such a unique accommodation especially with all of the access to the abbeys modern facilities was a huge bonus. Me and my wife couldn’t get enough of the lake views from our sitting room.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great that a local shop was literally a minute walk away. A taxi to the high street was 6 pounds. My husband hired a bike and rode around the Ness. We had a lovely time.

We had a good 8 nights stay in June. The apartment was very clean indeed and had everything you could need in all respects. There were coffee and milk pods supplied to get us started! It was nice to have some chairs and a table in the garden to snatch some sunshine when it happened. We could always find a parking space very close to the front door. We found the beds comfortable enough plus the large bathroom and entrance area with hooks & room for outdoor shoes were a boon. The town centre is a flat 20 minute walk or a bit longer via the nearby River Ness.

Better than a 5 star hotel.! A lovingly created space curated by someone with an eye for beautiful things. Lots of lovely extras which were greatly appreciated. Lovely walk through the wood into town and to the beach. Dornoch is a bijou town with gorgeous shops ,eateries and cathedral . Don is a great host and I enjoyed our conversations . Couldn’t be more perfect.

A perfect choice - comfortable, spotless and stylish; dog friendly and in a quiet location but just minutes from the village centre. A short drive away are the starting points for amazing hillwalking routes, forest trails and water sports. King size bed with an excellent mattress ensures a good nights sleep with birds outside singing as you wake up!

A cozy place to stay in Inverness, everything close by. I recommand!

Would start off by saying Caroline is a wonderful host. The amount of things she’d left for us was so helpful. Any help we needed be it the lock on the door or the sofa bed, she responded almost instantly. The house by itself is ever so slightly more compact than portrayed in the pictures, however, that gave a super cozy and comfortable feeling. The only con of it was there wasn’t enough space to comfortably store all our luggage with the sofa bed open as well. The parking space was perfect and easy to figure out. Beds were comfortable, bathroom is HUGE (loved it) and extremely aesthetic. One tiny drawback is that there are timings for the heating to work and it didnt work when we wanted it to because of those restrictions. But all in all, a wonderful space to live in, and would definitely recommend.

Had the most amazing stay at Aldon Lodge, was wowed from the very beginning driving in through the pastures of sheep & lambs. Such a peaceful location that felt so remote and private but not a far drive from town, it’s the best of both worlds. The apartment was so cozy and had some of the most comfortable bedding and pillows I’ve experienced yet. Gorgeous views out of all the windows with light blocking shades if you want to sleep in, this place has every amenity you might need. The host was so helpful and provided very detailed instructions ahead of time so that everything went smoothly. I could have spent my whole vacation just staying inside the apartment and enjoying the area, hope to come back and stay again!

Innes is a fantastic host and this location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Inverness. Fantastic restaurants and shopping, live music and beautiful sights, all within a very easy and scenic walk. We didnt move the car for our entire stay! The flat itself was immaculately clean and restful, tucked back in its little courtyard. We highly recommend Innes' place for anyone planning a visit here.
