Our tiny house/bungalow rooms, which have a closed area of 18 m2 and 2 single beds (we have the option to combine them), are within a 15-minute walking distance to Karaburun's most popular bays, and a few minutes away from the grocery store, bus stop and the busiest location of the neighborhood, the pier. Kösedere is a hidden village located on a slope 8 minutes away by car from the sea to protect it from attacks from the sea in ancient times. You can taste local delicacies such as gözleme and pastries in the cafes in the charming square in this village where the series was shot. Its people are extremely friendly and helpful. Kaynarpınar, below the village, resembles a small Greek port with its crystal clear sea.

Konum İtibari İle köy merkezinde yer alıp Sahile ve koylara 3 Km, İlçeye 15 km İzmir'e 85 km’dir. Doğal güzelliğini koruyan köyümüzün en önemli geçim kaynağı; Zeytincilik, Bağcılık, Hayvancılık Olarak devam etmektedir.

There is a fireplace-type stove, radiator heater and air conditioning in the winter months. Although the site has its own beach, it is 5-10 minutes by car from the best bays of the region (Manal, Ayıbalığı, Korsan Beach, Ardıç Beach, Beyaz Kayalar).
