Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in a turn-of-the-century house. Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs located by Revsundssjön. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty errors. The house gives a lovely home feel with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking are just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summertime. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Nice patio with large lawn at the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cats have been present in the home.

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Bo mitt i naturen i Nor på Ammerön. Vi hyr ut vårt "lilla hus" ( ca 100 kvm) på gården. Finns sängplats för 7 personer, 4 enkelsängar en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa. Enkelt kök. Härlig utbyggnad med hörnsoffa braskamin och tv, utgång till altanen. 2 badrum, ett på varje våning. På övre plan finns ytterligare en hörnsoffa och tv, 3 sovrum med 3 enkelsängar och en dubbelsäng. Närhet till Revsundssjön och möjlighet att lägga i båt.
