The cabin has a simple standard without electricity . Water supply just outside the cabin. Battery operated lighting, duvets/pillows, cooking facilities with gas, fireplace, barbecue area, outside toilet. Shared parking 60 meters from the cabin. Toilet paper is brought yourself. Welcome to Meisbu - in the heart of Sunnmørsalpane! The cabin was listed for Christmas 2023 and is nicely located with mountain and water views. Here they are close to nature with a short distance to both ski tracks, ski trips and cross country tracks in the winter, and mountain hikes and swimming/fishing in the summer. The cabin can also be base for exploring the region, with a short distance to the Art Nouveau city of Ålesund, beautiful Geiranger or the bird mountain at Runde. Bring family and friends to a cozy cabin halls in the home hospital surroundings.

Comforts with panoramic views

Quiet area with great views to Ørstafjella, and access to the garden with hens, sheep, calves and horses at the disposal of the guest. We also have a boat for rent in Ørstafjorden. Great hiking area right behind the cabin, with old hellevei laid out by around 1000 large either in the 1800s. We are also in the middle of attractions like Geiranger, Loen and Olden, and Runde with the bird mountain. Also Jugendbyen Ålesund is 1.5 hrs away. In Fosnavågen, we have Sunnmørsbadet water park, 45 minutes away if the day is gray...

Cabin on Fjellsetra, Sykkylven

Spacious cabin with a great view, with hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski-in/ski-out) and nice groomed cross country ski tracks and light rail are just nearby. The area otherwise has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice hikes in both summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy fishing license).

Find yourself in a magnificent landscape of western Norway - Espe house is the romantic place to stay. Small house with sauna right in the mountains village called Espe is waiting for you. You can enjoy the picturesque mountain river almost in the courtyard, scenery of Nordfjord (10 km away), and Harpefossen Ski center (1,5 km away), Olden/Loen (1 hour drive), Geiranger (2 h drive), beautiful Måløy island (1 h). We have specially prepared routes planner! Use of sauna costs extra fee (30 eur).

The house is located on our family lot, so you will have the opportunity to stay next to local people who give you tips on things to do in the area. Sjøholt is the perfect place for exploring the tourist attractions nearby. Both summer and winter, this is a perfect base-camp for exploring Sunnmøre and Romsdal. The house is in a quiet and quiet location, and is well equipped with what you need.

Our modern cabin is a perfect starting point for family and friends to explore Norwegian mountain gems. Over-eye in Stordal is a popular area in summer for hiking, and winter can tempt with both fantastic ski slopes and alpine resorts. From the cabin you can walk straight down to the ski slope. Walking distance to alpine slope (7 min). Not so far away, you will find popular destinations such as Valldal (30 min) and Trollstigen ( 1 h). Linens, towels, and essentials are included.
