Cabin at Fjellsetra, Sykkylven

Spacious cabin with great views and hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski in/ski out) and nice prepared cross-country trails and floodlit trails are just nearby. The area also has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice mountain trips in summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy a fishing license).

A welcoming guesthouse with three bedrooms, two living rooms and total capacity for up to 14 guests. The house offers two fully equipped kitchens, bathroom, dining area, fireplace & Wi-Fi. Located in the mountain side, the cabin offers panoramic view of the valley. Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

Sjøholt is the perfect location for exploring the nearby tourist attractions. Both summer and winter, this is a perfect base-camp for exploring Sunnmøre and Romsdal. The house has a quiet and peaceful location, and is well equipped with what you need.

Welcome to Brunstad, in the middle of the Sunnmørsalps! The apartment is an excellent starting point for mountain trips both on foot in summer/autumn and on skis in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour by car) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts are only 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.

Hytta ble bygget i 2023 og ligger midt i Sunnmørsalpene, med tur- og sykkelterreng rett utenfor døra og fjordene en kort kjøretur unna. Frisbeegolfbane og ballbinge like ved, sommeråpen gondol med kafé på Strandafjellet, og Geiranger, Trollstigen og Valldal innen en times kjøring. Kort sagt: en komfortabel base for aktive sommerdager, enten du vil bestige topper eller bare senke tempoet med utsikt over fjellene. Og kommer du om vinteren, går du rett ut på ski.
