Holiday rentals with lake access in Morris County

We booked Anar’s Airbnb last minute and absolutely loved our time here! The location was perfect for a weekend escape. The space was thoughtfully set up and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

This place is exactly as advertised - great place on the lake with everything you’d need! Amanda is a lovely host who is very responsive. We had a delightful time - super convenient for our time in the area for a family graduation.

Stayed here to attend a wedding and I could not be happier. The first night we sat on the chairs outside and watched the sunset. After that it was raining but we were able to enjoy the view from the living area. Beautiful home with a lot of space. Very quiet and peaceful stay. There was a power outage and Noma was very helpful and responsive giving us updates on when the power would come back. It was not a problem because we enjoyed the serenity of the place. I would definitely stay here again rain or shine.

The house is beautiful!!!!! Very quiet ,clean, very spacious, house is well equipped with everything we needed and more the town is beautiful and lots to do. We are already planning on coming back

We booked this place last minute for a family weekend getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It truly felt like a home away from home — right by the lake, peaceful, and packed with everything you need for a great summer weekend. The grill was perfect for a family barbecue, the hot tub was a hit, and there were tons of games to keep both kids and adults entertained. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the views were just beautiful. Big shoutout to Apollo, our host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Stephanie’s Lakehouse exceeded all our expectations- the house is beautiful and incredibly stocked with everything you could possibly need. The smore kits were delightful! Beds were comfy, checkin, checkout was easy, directions for managing the house were clear and simple.

Jenny was an amazing host and her husband Wesley was the cherry on top. Incredibly helpful and hospitable. They even invited me to have thanksgiving dinner with them! So cozy, it feels like a home that’s lived in, not a hotel or a commercial space. It’s a warm and loving HOME.

This is the second time my husband and I booked with Alev. It was just as enjoyable and beautiful, even though the sun didn't come out as much as it did last time. Fishing was good, using the kayaks was fun, enjoyed nearby stores and restaurants, and it was good to catch up with Alev, all in all a great time!

Joseph place was very tidy, warm and clean. location is great as well, 45 minutes from Manhattan and plenty of parks and lake in the area.

This place is great! located in a private area and peaceful. Pankaj is a fantastic host, very responsive and shows care for his guests. The location is perfect as you are located close enough to the main area to grab food or whatever you need but far enough away that you dont hear any of the hustle bustle. It was a beautiful place near the Lake and very spacious.

Amy and her family were lovely and generous. I was appreciated the comfortable bed and couch after a long work day. May have to pick up one of the beautiful quilts on the bed! High recommend this apartment as It’s great for long stays as Amy had a wonderful closet and kitchen set up! I was there during the snow and driveway and path were constantly snow free! The only thing to know is the path to the apartment is beautiful pavers and rocks. This is only a heads up to consider which bag / size/type you use during your stay. I only say this because I had a huge rolling suitcase that was not fun to roll on the rocks :)

Z, made everything go so smoothly. He communicates very efficiently, easy to reach, he is a great problem solver, very polite, kind and considerate. He thinks if all your needs and provided accordingly. We loved the house, it was very clean and quiet. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Z🙏

Our family and dogs had an amazing stay at this lakeside home! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views. We took full advantage of the kayaks, swam in the lake, and spent our evenings grilling, relaxing on the expansive patio, and unwinding by the fire pit. The house had everything we needed for a peaceful and fun getaway. The host was also excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing escape

The house was comfortable and extremely well equipped. Though the weather was very cold, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the lake with all the windows. Eric was always available to answer any questions. The house has a game room on first floor with shuffleboard, pool table , darts and other games. I’d we inky had time.

I recently vacationed at Cozy cottage in Lake Hopatcong. The hosts John and David, were welcoming, cordial, and accommodating. Quick to respond to my questions or concern. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home with thoughtful amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, nice touch. Cozy cottage clean and stylish with a well equipped kitchen. The setting is tranquil and scenic with multilayered sitting areas (dock, deck, fire pit) to view the lake. In the evening relaxing by the gas fire pit in the upper sitting area was peaceful and relaxing. Cozy cottage was a great getaway. Can’t wait to return.

David and his wife have created an incredible Airbnb experience. The lake house is beautiful, located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with great fishing right off the property. Tons of cool bars and restaurants are just 10–15 minutes away—plenty to explore. You can tell they spend time here themselves—the kitchen is the most well-organized and well-stocked I’ve ever seen. Spices, cookware, and supplies galore—it’s a dream if you like to cook. The internet was fast, and the AC kept things perfectly cool. This duo really knows how to host. I’d love to come back for a guys trip—it’s that good.

Great service and location.

The place is even better in person than in pictures. It's a fantastic setup that has both a view up top and water access down below - the best of both worlds. You feel tucked away even though you're not far from everything you need.
