Monthly Rentals in Morrisville

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

Stayed here for my 25th reunion at Colgate and booking here was my best decision. Extremely comfortable, perfectly decorated, and a nice quiet area. Also close enough to campus that Colgate vans could pick us up and drop us off. Most important for me was having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. But there was so much to love like the adorable outdoor seating area. The host was also phenomenal, responsive and helpful but gave us our space too. Id definitely choose this place for my next visit. Feel so lucky we found it.

This was a wonderful stay. I had such a good time building my first fires (I’m a city girl) and reconnecting with my writing. There was a storm my second day which was a bit scary but was also adventurous. The hosts were very caring and responsive about that, and I really appreciated it.

Collette’s suite on Broad was perfectly situated between downtown Hamilton and Colgate. Her instructions were clear as a bell and the spot exactly as advertised. Terrific find while in the area. Thank you, Collette!
