The downstairs unit of a 2 story structure. Newly remodeled, furnished and decorated. Minor noise transference from upstairs. Also, ceilings in the unit have low beams and measure 6' 4" to the floor. Cal king bed in the bedroom. There is a single hide-a-bed and sectional couch in the living space which could accommodate 3 more guests though it would be tight quarters. Fully equipped kitchen with small refrigerator and electric stove. Walk to Embarcadero & bay. View of the bay. EV car charging.
