This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. The downstairs unit of a 2 story structure. Newly remodeled, furnished and decorated. Minor noise transference from upstairs. Also, ceilings in the unit have low beams and measure 6' 4" to the floor.
