Hiking trails 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, extra mattress for sofa bed is in the closet in the laundry room/storage room. 1 single bed, 1 baby bed and 1 children's travel bed. Towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, wet wipes and various soaps are in the apartment and can be used.

The home has three bedrooms and two living rooms - a living room with fireplace and direct exit to the terrace and a TV lounge that also has a piano. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is coffee and coffee maker for free use. Beds will be ready made when guests arrive and there are towels in the bathroom. There is one bathroom and in addition a separate toilet. Washer and dryer are located in the basement and can be used by separate agreement.

Bedroom is as follows: one room with double bed, and 2 rooms with separate single bed. The apartment is initially intended for 4 guests, but the possibility of up to a maximum of 6. This can be agreed with the landlord. 2 guests will then have to stay on a travel bed/sofa bed.

We rent out cottage and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cottage is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, bathing jetty and beach. Large lawn with football key, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje Golf Park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

The property is centrally located at the edge of the forest on the city's highest mountain and has sun all day from sunrise to sunset at 2230 midsummer. Apartment on two levels in idyllic Son with a view to the Oslo fjord. Sunny patios on both porches. Great hiking areas nearby. About 10 minutes to walk to several beaches, and a 20 minute walk to Son city center with restaurants, art exhibitions, and concerts. Boating and ferry to Oslo in the summer. By car about 15 minutes to Moss, and 40 minutes to Oslo. Tusenfryd family park is about 25 min by car. Good bus and train connection from/to Son Possibility for EV charging for extra charge.

We offer a superb down town location within walking distance from the airport express bus and 900 meters (0.55 miles) from the railway station. 4 bedrooms (9 if you rent both buildings), garden, parking, two lounges, a dining room and a small orangery. The house is fully refurbished to modern standard with all amenities. Please note that the house regrettably is not wheel chair accessible.
