The moment we arrived at Flame Trees we knew we had found ourselves at the best spot in the Daintree Rainforest. We just loved our stay (so much that we extended). The position and outlook was mesmerizing. Katya's home style was just delightful. It really did feel like a very special retreat. Every amenity needed was there plus so many more thoughtful touched. Katya's communication was excellent. It was fast and helpful with a cheerful feel. We loved our stay and couldn't wait to get home after each day's outing. We did not want to leave. Thank you Katja for your restoration work on your home and caring for the environment. Thank you for sharing.

I had a truly fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable, impeccably clean, and situated in a prime location that made getting around a breeze. It was priced very reasonably, especially considering the thoughtful extras that went above and beyond expectations. The place was fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay — and then some! From the well-stocked kitchen to the extra touches such as the rain shower that made it feel like a home away from home, I really appreciated the attention to detail. Stayed at Bridget’s home for 2 nights in Port Douglas and couldn’t recommend it more! The spacious living room and comfy couches make for the perfect relaxing stay. It is located a short drive from the village and a short walk to Four Mile Beach. Bridget was super friendly and responsive. Thanks for a great stay! 10/10 for this home :)

This home is simply amazing. It is private and peaceful. The beautiful, outdoor surroundings are part of the actual home, and the outdoor pond/pool was pristine and fed with water from the mountain. You can tell the house design was well thought out and built with love. Alan and his family went the extra distance to make sure we had everything we needed and more. It is a magical place to stay and we can't recommend it enough! We didn't want to leave it was so beautiful.
