This space is a quirky 1 bedroom, 1 bath garden level loft with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more. Please note A/C is window units only, this is a third floor walk up unit, and if you book for a fifth person, they will be sleeping on a blowup mattress in the living room.
