It is on a lifestyle block in a semi-rural subdivision, half way between Motueka and Mapua, with Kaiteriteri, Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, not much further away. You will need a car to get around. Start your Great Taste Trail here with home baking, a continental breakfast tray for your first morning, free range eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables from our garden.

Tidy and peaceful apartment on the beachfront in Motueka. There is a beautiful beach trail conveniently located in front of the property. A short stroll to a children’s playground and the Motueka Saltwater Baths. A few minutes further down the trail you reach the Motueka wharf and Coastal Cafe, an excellent Coffee stop. There is also a beautiful reserve across the road from the apartment which has a wonderful trail weaving amongst the native trees where you will also see lots of native birds.

Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

Our property is on a tranquil cul-de-sac but within walking distance of town. A brand new Air Con and a wood burner make this home very cozy. Our location is very central. Motueka is the closest town to Abel Tasman National Park, and we are nestled between Nelson City and Nelson Lakes to the South and Golden Bay to the North.

Tranquility at its best, our super colourful studio sits next to our cottage with a fence providing privacy and faces a peaceful reserve leading down to the beach , swimming is optional depending on the tides. Spectacular views of Tasman Bay and walking distance to the saltwater baths, the mariner coffee cart and Toad hall which won NZ cafe of the year 2024 .A five-minute drive to the Motueka township and a 20-minute drive to The beginning of The Abel Tasman National Park
